Jennifer brings over fifteen years of intensive Northeastern Ohio law experience to the firm. Jennifer worked in a law practice and managed multiple rental properties while completing her Associates degree and certification as a paralegal. She continued working as a paralegal while obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Akron. Jennifer subsequently attended law school at the University of Akron all the while gaining valuable experience in the area courts and assisting in the representation of hundreds of clients within the local counties. Jennifer received her Juris Doctorate law degree in May of 2006. Jennifer has recently returned back to school to obtain her PhD in Forensic Psychology.
Her primary areas of focus are Workers' Compensation, Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Defense and Estate Planning/Probate. Jennifer is a member of the Akron and Ohio State Bar Associations. She is currently serving on the board for the Stow/Munroe Falls area Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer is in constant demand by local organizations for the coordination of and the participation in numerous and eclectic community based events. Jennifer won Volunteer Attorney of the year in 2011.
Jennifer was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and with all of her family in the area, Jennifer has made her home in Medina. Jennifer has a genuine love for the communities in which she serves and displays an unequaled passion in the representation of her clients. Jennifer spends her personal time with her son. Jennifer enjoys travelling and when time (and N.E. Ohio weather) permits; you may just find her on one of the local golf courses!
David C. Perduk
David has been a life-long resident of northeast Ohio. Currently, he resides in Kent, Ohio with his wife and two sons. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1993 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree (BBA). In 1996, he graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree (JD). Immediately after graduating from law school, David began his law practice in Stow, Ohio and has been there ever since.
As a lawyer, David has handled a wide ranging caseload. He participates in areas such as: Plaintiff's personal injury Litigation, Trial Work, Bankruptcy, Domestic Relations, Estate Planning, Trusts and other General Litigation matters. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Akron Bar Association, Summit County Association for Justice, Association Of Trial Lawyers Of America, and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.
When he is not practicing law, David enjoys spending time with his family doing a variety of activities including boating, snow skiing and hiking. David and his family are active members of the University Parish Newman Center Catholic Church at Kent State University where they regularly worship and gather as a faith community.
